Thank you Kelly for your wonderful class. The best thing is that I felt no pressure to do everything right away. It is a lifestyle with many new ideas that I can implement as I go. I do like having some basic rules (The Seven Skills). It feels like I can make better choices because I know what to choose. And it feels like adding — protein, breakfast, good snacks — rather than taking away. I liked the format of class. Learning something new every week and some demos. It was a really good and encouraging class. I looked forward to it every week. So far I am eating better and more confidently.
